Tonight after spending the day at the camper I was relaxing at home in my recliner with Mort. How could I not have my wife take this picture?

Let me introduce you to Mort

This blog will be a log of Mort entering and sharing my life. He entered my life yesterday August 5, 2008. The lady I bought him from said he is 8 weeks old so I will call his date of birth June 5, 2008. I did weigh him today and after a few aborted tries I convinced my wife to hold the fish scale attached to a 2 gallon empty Dutch Boy paint pail so I could put Mort in and quickly read his weight before he once again climed out. He officially weighs 6 pound 10 ounces. I will be updating his weight and posting it so please check back for his progress.
